Good evening, everyone!

Several practices leave me perplexed about the transparency of certain MadWin rules:

I explain myself: loyal customers of this platform, I have noticed several times serious dysfunctions:

Example: in tournaments will only retain our best score which will be in the ranking. If we improve it, there will only be this best score. However, why do some (and often the same) have the right to be present up to 3 times in the top 10 scores?
Take a look for yourself: tournaments MOTS.

Another example: recurrent problem since December: in the middle of Round, my Rounds cut themselvesRoundspayingRounds often in challenges), and my poster: ERROR N°27 TENTATIVE DE CORRUPTION. So, the Round stopped, and 0 point...
Customer service doesn't even answer me anymore!
One thing is certain, I am not the only one in this same case because it is frequent to see people (used to) with scores at 0, in games where it is not possible to make 0 points.

If people can answer me, that would be great, thank you all!

remind you that tournaments tournaments common to all 3 sites. You can therefore participate on each of the sites, which explains why you will have 3 rankings instead of one.

when a player has 0 points, it's because he was victim of 1 bug that didn't validate his score!ca just got to me again at the Yam in challenge mode at 20h15!review: 1000 points lost!

if some people manage to Play several times in the same tournament, it doesn't bother me because they don't accumulate points!the player makes 300 points then 320 points, it's the 320 points that are taken into account and not the Accumulative, that is 620 points!

For the tournaments, I asked myself the same question as you... until I also played the same tournament on CadoVillage and QuoVerbis ;-)
